Who Else Noticed

I thought for a while no one else noticed the absence of minorities at the Republican Convention, but found this article in the LATimes.

Why isn’t this getting more press?

PS –  If any of you techies want to get this reference in the proper form, I’d appreciate it.

My favorite part of the RNC was the find-the-minority drinking game. It’s like where’s Waldo but more difficult.

I saw some comments on this subject somewhere around the internets, earlier this week. They were remarking on how the networks still managed to find and spend a lot of camera-time on minority delegates.

I believe the final tally was that they did closeups of 44% of the black RNC delegates.

I confess that I wasn’t a devoted viewer of the RNC, but remember seeing two African Americans and one Asian.

That is a good observation. The reason is not hard to figure out…but good observation.
