    great article. well….the last half of it was great, anyway. miller always has an interesting take on whatever she writes about.

    And also, JU, since, honestly, it’s you me and Al these days….does Miller’s take on Obama change how you look at the stance he took on wiretapping and whathaveyou? The things you pointed to in the “Getting It Wrong” post?

    Somewhat. If she’s right, it makes it more understandable. I still think it’s the wrong issue to be Niebuhrian on, but at least it suggests that he might continue rolling the Bush policy back on this, just in slow, incremental steps.
